1. Open "Start Menu"

2. Click on "Control Panel"

3. Switch to Classic View

4. Click on "Regional and Language Options"

5. Go to "Languages" tab

6. Open "Details"

7. Add new input

8. Choose desired keyboard layout e.g. United-States-Dvorak and click "OK"

To use Colemak or Workman you probably need to install additional stuff before:

• install colemak
• install workman

9. Apply changes

10. Open keyboard settings

11. Switch to currently created layout
